Types of information that we collect: We collect your name, address, phone number, email address, billing information including credit card number and expiration date. This information is encrypted for your security. We use your name, address, billing information/credit card information to process your order or donation. The email address is used for order/donation confirmation and newsletters (typically four times yearly) to keep donors informed of charity events and news. We may use your address to mail newsletters and special event information. We will use your phone number to call you to discuss your interest in helping with the charity; you can request to have your phone number removed from our database at any time.

We welcome users comments and with their permission, we may post those comments on our web site, including at most their name, city  state and date of comment.

Under no circumstances will we use this information for anything else not described in this privacy notice.

Securing customer information: Physical, electronic and managerial procedures have been employed to safeguard the security and integrity of personal information. Billing information is encrypted whenever transmitted or received online. Personal information is accessible only by staff designated to handle online issues or requests. As much as possible, credit card information is not stored in electronic, paper or other form, and is automatically deleted once an order/donation has been processed.
